I served as editor, curator, layout artist, designer, and publication manager for both editions of the Lifeboat Foundation's Visions of the Future anthology, with the second edition featuring an afterword by David Brin. This comprehensive role encompassed every aspect of bringing the anthology to life, from selecting and curating contributions by leading scientists and science fiction authors to designing the interior layout with custom circuit board-inspired graphics and managing the complete publication process. The anthology explores humanity's relationship with transformative technologies—artificial intelligence, androids, faster-than-light travel, life extension, and evolving social institutions—but distinguishes itself by maintaining a consistent focus on the human element at the core of these speculative futures. Available in both paperback and Kindle formats, Visions of the Future has become the Lifeboat Foundation's top-selling publication, resonating with readers through its unique blend of scientific rigor, imaginative storytelling, and its fundamental exploration of what these technological advances mean for us as a species.
