Centaurus Saison

For The Red House's Centaurus Saison, I created a complete visual identity that captured the adventurous spirit of homebrewing through a cosmic lens. The centerpiece of the design is an original illustration of a solitary astronaut perched on a cratered asteroid, strumming an acoustic guitar amid the stars—a whimsical metaphor for the creative exploration inherent in craft brewing. Working in detailed black and white line art against a deep cosmic blue background punctuated with stars, I developed a cohesive brand system that included the primary beer label, coasters, promotional materials, and banner designs. The label features bold, vertically-oriented typography for "CENTAURUS SAISON" in copper orange tones, complemented by the tagline "A Sip Into The Unknown" in turquoise, while the descriptive text weaves together the beer's strawberry-lemon saison profile with evocative space exploration themes. The design successfully merges The Red House's branding with an interstellar exploration narrative, positioning each beer in the series as part of a broader "cosmic odyssey" while maintaining the personal, handcrafted ethos of homebrewing.
